SJK(C) Confucian, a partially aided school, is the nation’s second oldest vernacular Chinese school. The school was chosen for TCC’s launch ceremony in September 2011 as the school’s name, Confucian, in Chinese means ‘to honour Confucius’, the sage who is synonymous with learning and education. TCC contributed RM2.5 million for the construction of one block of 4 storey building including local authority submission fees and professional fees for this project. This building comprises of 15 classrooms and 1 multi-purpose hall. The new building named “The Community Chest Building” obtained its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (“CCC”) on 26 January 2015 and was officially launched on 8 August 2015. This building is currently used for Standard 4, 5 and 6 students.
